This Return Policy governs the return of products purchased from the e-commerce platform owned by Ceylon Business Appliances (Pvt) Ltd.
01. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Terms and conditions
- The exchange or refund is sought within 4 days.
- Should be in a saleable condition.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The replace products will be released once the original product has been received.
- Accessories cannot be exchanged and or not refundable after purchase.
- Not subject to the exclusions listed below.
- Custom made, monogrammed and personalized products.
- If the package is opened (Mobile units for change of mind).
- Gift cards and gift vouchers.
- Delivered large electric items, furniture or mattresses.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged:
- Perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
The customer service team will provide return instructions and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Customers must ship the product, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase, to the designated return address.
Inspection and Approval
All returned products will undergo inspection to determine eligibility for a refund or exchange.
If the product meets the eligibility criteria, a refund or exchange will be processed according to our refund policy.
